Applications are open for Crankie Fest 2027!

You can apply with a proposal of what your crankie will be or one you've already made. Every artist must make their own crankie scroll. Crankie boxes can be made by other people, but their name will need to be provided for credit in the show program. Crankies can be any medium. Festival to be in April 2027; show to be two days at the downtown public library auditorium. Official show date will be chosen closer to spring becuase of mcpl reservation rules. We will have two practice performances for a show run through/ soundcheck. At least one practice is mandatory. The festival will also be recorded by the Community Access Television Services (CATS). Crankies will be projected on a screen for better audience viewing.

AI art will NOT be accepted and will ban you from applying in the future. We are celebrating a hand made art.
